Why a lotus?

The tie at the center of our mark stands for the people we place. "Scout" is the job: going out, looking closely, and coming back with the right answer.
Founder
Adam Heugel
Adam founded Lotus Scout to bring a focused, insight-driven approach to executive and specialist search. He also founded Verde Talent, a careers platform and labor-market intelligence source for the energy industry, so Lotus Scout starts with an inside view of one of the fastest-changing talent markets in the country.
At Lotus Scout, Adam leads searches across executive leadership, management, IT, engineering, and sales in energy, technology, and beyond.
